Right to Cancel & Returns

8.1 Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. You may return orders within 14 days of receiving unused and unopened products.

8.2 Exceptions:

• Pet food or treats once opened;
• Goods liable to deteriorate rapidly.

8.3 To request a return, visit Scrumbles returns page. The returns window is 14 days from arrival, and return shipping cost will be deducted from the return amount.

8.4 Refunds are issued using the original payment method, adjusted if goods are handled beyond what is necessary.

8.5 Orders refused and returned may have a shipping deduction of £6.32.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

9.1 Your statutory rights are not affected.
